Facebook users have their associate ‘Activity Log’ that tracks all your
activities across the platform, and this includes something you've been
looking for on Facebook through the use of Facebook search option. All
the data on the photos you have liked, comments you have typed or photos
you have shared will be stored in the Log. This data is not at all
available to your friends or public. This data is exclusively visible
only to you.
Facebook stores each and every single term you enter within the search box and places in ‘Activity Log’. Of course the privacy setting for this information is kept to "only you," but you feel somewhat uncomfortable having all these information in your profile. Step1:Go to your Facebook profile and Click on the "Activity Log" option which is on the right side of the cover photo.
Step2:Now, you can see all your Facebook activities which you have done everyday including search history.
Step3:On the left side menu, you can find 'More' option under the Photos, Likes and Coments options. Click on it.
Step4:Now, scroll down and then you can find "Search" button in that expanded list. Click on it.
Step5:Now, you will see all your Facbook actions you have done on daily basis. Click on the "clear searches" option which is present on the right side top corner. Then, a pop-up messages appears asking you to clear searches.
Click on Clear Searches and that's it all your Facebook activity history is cleared.
